MEET OUR PERFORMERS & PRESENTERS
Soul Stage
The Soul Stage is heart of the action, with live music performances, DJ sets, 5Rhythms and free movement dancing to keep you moving and grooving all day.
Sangha Stage
Mindful movement classes: yoga, pilates, Wim Hof, chakra dance and Tai Chi. New for 2024 - Sangha Stage is just outside the main arena to allow for a more peaceful experience.
Woodland Stage
A little off the beaten track, hidden in the woodland. Chill in a hammock or get up and dance to live music. For 2024, the line up is returning back to its acoustic roots.
Circus Stage
The Circus Stage is full of fun and laughter for all the family. Enjoy circus skills, acroyoga, kids yoga, belly dancing and drumming.
Woodland Sanctuary
Charlotte is an artist and nature ceremonialist who creates paintings and earth art that invite deep connection and a sense of belonging with nature and her cycles. She invites you to join her at 10:30am to help create an earth blessing mandala for this year’s festival. Feel free to bring your own natural gifts, flowers, stones or crystals to enhance the collective intention behind this communal activity.
Join Maria in the Woodland Sanctuary
11:30am - Sit - Spot, Take a pause to come within; letting nature show you the way.
12:30pm - Forest Bathing is a practice that invites you to slow down and breathe in the atmosphere of the forest.
2:15pm - EcoNiDRA is a deeply relaxing practice for both your mind and body. With roots in the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra and Nature Therapy, this practice is where Shavasana meets nature connection.

Guest Presenter Workshops
Our Guest Presenter Workshops always prove popular as they offer the ideal opportunity for you to dive deeper in a smaller group setting. Workshops can be booked online in advance, or on the day (spaces permitting). The 2024 Workshop Lineup will be announced soon and will include a variety of mindful movement and wellness sessions.
Aerial Allsorts
The amazing Aerial Allsorts are back, keeping us hanging, swinging and bouncing with their aerial yoga and aerial allsorts sessions for all ages. Not included in festival ticket.
Healing Hub
We have some wonderful holistic practitioners lined up to provide treatments, consultations and readings. These can be booked and paid for on the day. Some practitioners may take bookings beforehand - more details coming soon.

Food, Glorious Food
Food Glorious Food - dahl; pizza; toasties; salad boxes; loaded fries; crepes....we could go on…. Our food area is looking scrumptious this year, with a tasty range of vegan and vegetarian options, as well as barista coffee, mocktails, vegan sweets and popcorn!
Even More Fun for Everyone
Look out for our face-painter and glitter tattoo artist, as well as our henna tattoo artist.
And visit our Woodland Sanctuary to join in creating an Earth Mandala at
Local Forest School, Land and Leaf Collective, will offer free nature craft and creative sessions for all ages throughout the day.
Speaker Tent
Our open air stretch tent will host a number of short, interactive talks including aromatherapy, coaching, Belief Coding®️, reiki and stress management. You are welcome to drop in as you wish or settle down with a picnic as you listen to our experts.
Wandering Fun
In the field, in the woods, on the banks of the pond… prepare to be delighted as you explore the festival grounds.
